Which day should the This Week briefing arrive?

One quick choice about memory When you send Ourday a photo, a PDF, or forward an email, Ourday reads it and keeps the useful facts on your calendar and lists. The question is what happens to the extra detail behind those facts. The files themselves, the actual photos and PDFs, always clear within 7 days either way. You can change this anytime by telling Ourday.

Keep the extra text (recommended)
Ourday holds onto what a document said, so you can ask about it later. Send a flyer in March, ask what time the thing starts in June, and Ourday still knows. Keep only what's needed
Ourday keeps the facts for your upcoming events and lists, and lets the extra detail clear on its schedule. Answers still work; Ourday just won't be able to look back at the original wording later.

When you submit, we'll:

Set up your family's dedicated number and email address
Send a welcome to everyone who opted into communications
Send a confirmation email for any kids under 13 (you'll need to click the link to complete COPPA consent)
Start your 14-day free trial; we'll let you know before the trial ends and billing begins

For anything billing-related after that, just text or email us and we'll send you a secure link to handle it.
